🎯 The Role: Women Facilitator (Etah, Uttar Pradesh)

The Women Facilitator is a critical field-level role, acting as the bridge between the organization and the women in rural communities. This position is central to fostering women's leadership and ensuring their active participation in various development activities spanning sectors like Agriculture, Livelihoods, Microfinance, Environment, and Health.

Key Impact Areas & Responsibilities:

The core of the role involves hands-on engagement and capacity building:

• Community Mobilization: Actively mobilize women and drive the formation and strengthening of crucial Self-Help Groups (SHGs).

• Capacity Building & Training: Organize and conduct practical training sessions, as well as facilitate capacity-building programs specifically tailored for women's groups.

• Awareness & Advocacy: Conduct vital awareness sessions on topics like gender equality, health, rights, and emerging livelihood opportunities.

• Coordination & Implementation: Work closely with field teams, Panchayat members, and local stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of project activities.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate group records, attendance, and project reports as required.

• Campaign Support: Support and facilitate community-level events and campaigns focused on women empowerment.

🔑 Who Should Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)

Parmarth is looking for candidates with a strong commitment to community work and relevant experience:

• Education: Minimum Graduate degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in Social Work or Rural Development.

• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for effective community interaction.
